Long Thanh, a mineral water producer, distributes through dealers and delivery routes — each customer on their own price, paying in cash or by transfer, in full or on credit. Taking orders, tracking who owes what, and knowing what's left on the truck by hand was slow and error-prone.
The whole thing lives in Zalo, where the field team already works. An order is two quick steps: pick the dealer and add products — each showing that dealer's own price and how many units are left on the truck ('Còn 6 trên xe') — then choose the payment method (cash or bank) and whether they paid in full or owe. Around it: a dealer directory, an orders-and-expenses timeline filtered by paid / owing / cancelled, order details with a collection history, and analytics — revenue, amount collected, receivables, net-after-expenses, top dealers and who to follow up. A NestJS + PostgreSQL backend powers it, with a manager 'view-only' role kept separate from the staff who take orders.
The team takes orders at each dealer's price straight from Zalo — with live truck stock so they never oversell, and cash-vs-credit captured on every sale — while the manager sees revenue, receivables and top dealers in one place instead of on paper. Home — today at a glance
The rep opens to today: revenue, order count and outstanding receivables (công nợ), split by cash and bank transfer (Tiền mặt / Chuyển khoản), a 7-day revenue chart, and a low-stock warning ('4 mặt hàng sắp hết') so nothing runs out mid-route.

Dealers (Khách hàng)
A searchable directory of dealers by name, phone or address, each with contact details. New dealers are added right from the field.
New order · step 1 — products & stock
Pick the dealer, then add products. Each line shows that dealer's own price (per bottle or per pack) and how many units are left on the truck — 'Còn 6 trên xe' — so the rep only sells what's actually loaded.
New order · step 2 — payment
Confirm with a payment method (cash or bank transfer) and whether the dealer paid in full or owes (Khách trả đủ / Khách nợ), plus an optional note — so receivables are captured at the moment of sale.
Order detail
Every order keeps its line items, totals, payment status (paid vs still owing) and a collection history (Lịch sử thu) — editable or voidable if something changes.
Orders & expenses
One timeline of orders and expenses, filterable by paid / owing / cancelled. Expenses (Khoản chi) like fuel show as negative, so the day's real cash position is clear.
Analytics
For the manager: revenue, amount collected, receivables and net-after-expenses by day, week or month — plus top dealers and a 'customers to follow up' list.
